From brief to finished canopy

From idea to a finished canopy.

Every order starts as a brief: umbrella type, size, canopy fabric, logo placement, packing and destination. We turn it into a written specification and a physical sample you can hold, then produce against those approved records — so a reorder comes back the same, not “close enough”.

Most canopy orders start at 200 pieces per colour, per design; outdoor umbrellas at 100 pieces. Pre-production samples take 7–10 days.

1. 01

   Share the brief

   Umbrella type, size, fabric, logo artwork, print positions, packing and the date the goods must be in hand. Pantone references if the brand colour is critical.

2. 02

   Proof & specification

   A digital proof confirms which panel the logo sits on, its size, colour count and print method — before any fabric is cut.

3. 03

   Pre-production sample

   Made in 7–10 days. Check the real fabric, colour, opening feel, printed result and packing — not just the artwork.

4. 04

   Bulk production & QC

   15–30 days depending on quantity and complexity, with inspection points confirmed before the order is released.

5. 05

   Packing & delivery

   Individual bags, hang tags, barcodes and carton marks. Sea 25–35 days, air 7–12, express 3–7; door-to-door available.
